Proper wound cleansing and removal of non-viable tissue is the first and most important step in wound healing. Using its unique stream, JETOX is capable of imparting energy to the wound surface and interstices to effectively cleanse and debride wounds at the same time.
JETOX uses compressed oxygen or air in combination with saline or Prontosan to cleanse and debride the wound. This innovative technology accelerates oxygen-liquid micro droplets to generate a sub-sonic jet of fluid that removes necrotic and poorly healed tissue from the wound surface. JETOX allows the wound bed to be prepared for the next stage of treatment.

The mono-use disposable hydro debridement system allows a focused stream for cleansing of complex wounds and removal of biofilm while helping to decrease the bacterial load. The system includes a flexible silicone cap that acts as a splash protector to reduce contamination.
